It's a development environment in your browser with preconfigured templates for many different languages/environments, AI assistance, live previews with hot reloading, and a bunch more stuff on the way.

Obviously I'm extremely biased here, but I was really skeptical of a browser-based dev environment until I used the internal one at Google and found it could actually be really good. It'll be a while before this one is as good as that, but that's the plan.
